STATE GOVERNMENT FACING PROBLEM BECAUSE OF REDUCED RDG IN HIMACHAL PRADESH AND IT IS NECESSARY TO CONTINUE THE GRANT IN HILL STATE, AS USUAL IN THE INTEREST OF JUSTICE

It is a matter of fact and concern to be notice for the future and continued for the required reforms based on the process of reforms since 2014 where in the Government of India have undertaken several reforms outside the budget, like labour codes, IBC, GST etc found necessary for the developing countries like India and also to maintain faster growth of the state like Himachal pradesh and facing problems because of the suspense created for the reduced RDG and is an injustice that undermines the federal structure of state like Himachal pradesh facing financial problems committed to pensions, salaries and other essential benefits of the public related use and determination to release for the weaker sections of the society and communities however it is becoming difficult to get it done and if the benefits and necessitated requirements of the state government continued for the allowed RDG not released by the Government of India, it would be difficult to continue with the ongoing programmes and schemes of the ecomic shift to the budget shares of the divisible pool allowed till date for the RDG however now there is no commitments, even though and more over state government may file its claim and urgency of the demand under public utility based on the past grant to the appropriate government, working at the levels of Finance Commission for review and reexamine of cases being this provision of the additional resources and compensation for the budget reforms where, it is difficult to maintain snow covered areas of the state and forest cover, as well as mountainous terrains, introduced for the road net work and the other various programmes and schemes of the development impact required to be enhanced through planning and the sustainable efforts, growing challenges before the department for the needful and it is necessary to follow focus on the required activities of the involved infrastructure and other routine liabilities, continued in this behalf of the financial assistance since long and improving the existing infrastructure and development programmes in the interest of development of the state and the public welfare and utilities under demand and rehabilitation of the disaster relief and management for the needful people facing problems because of such requirements for their life and liberty :-- Er Fateh Chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
