The state government of HP has issued instructions to the all respective Deputy Commissioners and the other concerned vide NHM number -2880-2907 to depute the qualified available field officers / officials (tech professional) for screening of the covid-19 surveillance at family level of the public health care check needed for the physical verification of the removal of corona virus disease for which one week period of beginning April is mentioned in the order passed so issued by the government of HP The said surveillance of the families is too a coordinated movement and hundred percent protective measure advise of the state government to verify the health care of senior citizens demanding the facilities at door steps since long and for which the medical experts opinion is also required in such cases of the old ailing citizens in addition to the verification of the challenge by the corona virus spreading and required to be experienced with observations like flu symptoms Now the state government has deployed the necessary staff on its compliance of the fulfillment of required clarification observed as in the each family member of the house so it is the duty of the said team and staff to report the study of every disease like the diabetes ,BP and heart patients etc so that necessary picture of the society and circle may come before the government and prevention measures could be scheduled by the report of the NHM survey accordingly for the removal of all such diseases verified in this surveillance of the government ordered as on 30 -3- 2020 by the department of the health and required to be completed within the first week of the April 2020 in this behalf of the preventive measures arranged for the urgency of this combat and ordered to handle the situation and problem of the state of HP for the sake of safety measures and to remove such type of the infections at bay.

Improvement of the health service is a need of the hour
It is necessary to arrange for the well equipped bio -safety labs with proper quarantine facilities at least at every district hospital in the state as such the appropriate health infrastructure and the shortage of doctors and trained paramedics is too a challenge to fight the corona virus with the detection of the further challenge to improve the existing system and working position of the health services in the state for which the government and the department of the health services are required to create the important scheduled facilities as such the screening of the people in doubtful cases must be the focus of the government to tackle this situation and problem of the disease in the state and there should be no shortage of the supply of masks,and other requirements for the use by public and if possible free supply may be given and provided to the patients under check list of the health services.
Government should revise rate of cement in the state of HP and must release subsidy on the power tariff in the state
The rates of the electricity consumed by the public of the state of the HP and the cement produced in the state is being paid higher in comparison to the some other states for which the government must take cognizance of the problems faced by the people of state in whom land the infrastructure is affixed by the power board from the state of HP to other states like the heavy duty electricity towers and in the case of cement plants pollution is being faced by the local people however the people of Himachal Pradesh are facing problem of the higher tariff
In this connection number of complaints and submission made by the public to the honorable Chief Minister and the industry minister is proof and evidence on the record however neither any reductions in the existing price of above tariff made nor subsidy for removal of extra burden declared by the government and for which the opposition party of the state has taken no cognizance as the demand of the public is very old The building infrastructure development in the state has gone very high due to increased higher tariff and there is no logic and reason to increase more and more power tariff and the rates of the cement as the state of HP is the productive state of the both items and the regulatory authority must take this problem of the publicof state with the competent higher authority for redressal of the public grievances so that demand under public utilities may be furnished in the interest of genuine problems of the public time to time raised by the public however the issue and matter still pending is a matter of the sore grave concern for which the government will be held responsible.

Political parties must be brought under the provisions of the RTI act -2005 to issue details of the funding and other related informations as such the democratic set up of the country is dependent on the legislature , executive and the judiciary and the informal duty of the media and the civil society together with the function of the existing NGOs making the Indian democracy serviceable by complementing each other however it is necessary to protect the game plan of democracy under the provisions of the law and the rules but it is regretted to point that a large number of the NGOs are not following the instructions and guidelines of the government prescribed by the law and same is the position of the political parties as they are also violating the norms however the top level of the judiciary has failed to declare this challenge of the political parties as unconstitutional even number of complaints regarding supply of RTI prescribed by the law and rules has no status report by the political parties and if the NGO can be declared an outfit of political nature and banned from the foreign funding then why not the political parties is a question of decision and survive and thrive by the democracy of India in real sense of the need of hour to make the political funding transparent.
