The role of RTI activist is very important so required as in the function of enquiries and duty by the civil society of the area and circle

Political parties must be brought under the provisions of the RTI act -2005 to issue details of the funding and other related informations as such the democratic set up of the country is dependent on the legislature , executive and the judiciary and the informal duty of the media and the civil society together with the function of the existing NGOs making the Indian democracy serviceable by complementing each other however it is necessary to protect the game plan of democracy under the provisions of the law and the rules but it is regretted to point that a large number of the NGOs are not  following the instructions and guidelines of the government prescribed by the law  and same is the position of the political parties as they are also violating the norms however the top level of the judiciary has failed to declare this challenge of the political parties as unconstitutional even number of complaints regarding supply of RTI prescribed by the law and rules has no status report by the political parties and if the NGO can be declared an outfit of political nature and banned from the foreign funding then why not the political parties is a question of decision and  survive  and thrive by the democracy of India in real sense of the need of hour to make the political funding transparent.
