ANNUAL REPORTS OF THE SOCIAL AUDIT OF SIC AND CIC MUST BE EXAMINED AT THE HIGHER LEVEL OF THE SYSTEM FOR GOVERNANCE

RTI EMPOWERMENT UNDER THE PROVISION AND MONITORING AND EVALUATION OF THE SYSTEM FOR SERVICE RENDERED BY THE FAA AND SIC OR CIC ---It is a matter of fact and concern that the constitutional provisions for the welfare of society and circle have been issued by the GOI to Citizens of country since 2005 however govt has taken no cognizance of the monitoring and evaluation of implementation of the RTI act publications even though the act of the RTI promotion and wellness drive movement continued for the good governance and accountability clearly indicating that annual reporting must be brought to the notice of Vidhan sabha as well as the parliament of India to verify the facts finding report of the held proceedings initiated by the study of protocol mentioned in the said report of the SIC and CIC .The report furnished by the annual Social audit review at the level of SIC or CIC should be highlighted before the all departments and the state government as well as the Vidhan sabha and Parliament of India so that necessary picture of the transpancy and accountability may be obtained from the records of the Complaints and appeals of the Citizens of society and circle.The empowerment delivered by the constitution of India has been virtually issued for the good governance and transpancy in the administration for which the government is responsible to follow the law code manual prefixed by the RTI act publications and issue necessary directions to the all HOD and Secretaries of the department concerned so that necessary observation of the held proceedings initiated by the Social auditing of the department concerned be improved for the future course of duty and responsibility by the public authorities from where the documents are supplied to the citizens of society and circle and delay in deciding cases penalized for the free and fair justice required to be adjudged by the public authorities highlighted to improve the system of good governance and charter of public accountability being responsible to protect the fundamental rights of the Citizens of country.As such every annual report of the RTI adjudication must be brought to the notice of the Vidhan sabha and Parliament as well as the GOI and state governments so that facts finding reports must be examined by the competent higher authority and instructions for future course of action be delivered to the all concerned working for the good governance and accountability under law code manual of the RTI act publications
