GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO PREPARE MATERIAL FOR PUBLICITY REQUIRED FOR THE PROMOTION OF RTI AWARENESS DRIVE

People in democracy automatically debarred from the rights and privileges as well as the empowerment delivered by constitutional provisions to everyone if not awared about the system and scheme related to the welfare of society and circle.It is therefore necessary to protect the fundamental rights by way of awareness drive for which the institutions meant for welfare of society and circle are only responsible to protect the safety measures of the common man demanding their rights and privileges issued by the constitution of India.As such the department of administrative reforms and the SIC or CIC are also responsible to issue necessary training and techniques of the RTI promotion to every citizen of country as well as the state being responsible to deliver free and fair justice to the citizens of country .It is very necessary to arrange for the agenda of discussion and meetings at every level of the society and circle so that people may be awared about the things and benefits of the programme as well as schemes meant for use and exercise of the common man demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance .As such the RTI act has been proven as a major tool and trial of the transpancy in administration since 2005 however it is regretted to point that very few number of people are using their right of empowerment issued by the constitution of India in this behalf and for which now the various RTI delegates from the country are working on the captioned subject matter deliberation required for the welfare of society and circle through online digital programming so that people may get benefits of the awareness drive so required in this behalf of the RTI promotion .The state governments must identify such groups and organisations of the RTI act publications and issue published material required for the awareness drive to distribute among the people of society and circle as the material should be approved by the department of the public reforms and the SIC or CIC could not be ignored by the study of protocol mentioned in the monitoring and evaluation of implementation of the programmes and schemes of the government for which the system of governance is only responsible.
