COMMISSIONS AND TRIBUNALS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO HAVE SOLUTIONS OF THE PROBLEMS OF COMMON MAN, INSTEAD OF A BATTLE CRY.

Temporary solutions becoming permanent pain for the application of the mind now a days for which the present set up of the bureaucracy and politics may be noticed as is abundantly clear with the practical solution of the RTI and the RTS act adjudication where number of complaints submitted by the RTI activists, volunteers and the Resource persons are forwarded to the same public authority by the competent higher authority from where said mistakes have been committed, instead of the permanent solution for transparency and accountability and bringing the hard truth before the public demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance. From the above situation and position created by the system of governance for which the bureaucracy and the politics is responsible must have fair deal and permanent solutions failing which there is no logic to appoint various commissions and Tribunals, where number of bureaucrats have been appointed for the system generated by states as well as by the Central government but the whole system is becoming controversial and paying no attention to the work and conduct of the lower level bureaucracy on the performance of which the higher authorities are depending, list by way and virtue of which various opinions and the findings given by the Appellate authorities working for the good governance and accountability are deleted and denied for follow up action at the lower level of the public authorities declared responsible by the higher authorities for tackling situations and problems of the general public, becoming a battle cry, due to wrong interpretation of the law code manual and expected for the administrative reform at the level of work and conduct by office and authority to whom said duty and function virtually pertaining for the correct remedial measures and cases forwarded from the office of the Honourable Chief Minister as well as the other concerned responsible to bring transparency and accountability in the administration. It is a matter of fact and concern to be noticed by the all state governments that former president of the Congress Smt Sonia Gandhi while asked on the subject matter concern clearly stated that ruling parties at state level of the such institutions are misleading informations and creating problems to the compound structure of our democracy and its anticipated reforms to the people of country, which is wrong and must have serious view on the opinion given by the said institutions ie Tribunals and the like Commissions etc etc working for the good governance and accountability and administrative reforms demanded by the general public representation under Article 350 of the Constitution of India.
