THERE EXIST LIMITED AWARENESS AMONG THE PEOPLE AS REQUIRED TO TACKLE CASES OF THE CYBER CRIME FRAUDS AND ALSO TO DEAL WITH THE MATTERS RELATED TO RTI AND THE RTS ACT ADJUDICATION.

People are not aware of the modern technology and technique related to the artificial intelligence and due to the limited awareness of cyber fraud, a significant number of people do not report instances of fraud to the authorities. According to the information by the Indian cyber crime Coordination centre, of the 694424 complaints related to the cyber crime during the year 2022 only 2.6 percent were registered with the authorities. The report further stated that between November 2021 and March 2023 , more than 2000 complaints related to Aadhaar enabled payment system were received by the RBI's ombudsman. Aadhar enabled payment system is a payment service that allows a bank customer to use Aadhar to access bank account and perform basic transactions like balance inquiry and the cash withdrawals. The unique identification Authority of India is the statutory authority that issues Aadhaar and administers the unique biometric ID system. In view of above Airtel Payments Bank collaborated with National payment corporation of India to launch a facial recognition based authentication measure for Aadhar enabled payment system transactions. As Artificial intelligence based technologies are better equipped to deal with instances of finger print cloning, at least in the theory available on the documents and investigation may be done on the Aadhaar enabled payment system, related complaints of the cyber crime/frauds.It is necessary to work on the Artificial intelligence under cyber crime theory of tackling the bank payments and frauds and such measures can only go so far they have to give their bank details along with the Aadhaar based biometric details. Under these conditions and circumstances of the system to use Artificial intelligence required to tackle the cyber crime frauds it requires more and more awareness among the users and similar is the position in case of the use and exercise of the RTI act publications and too the RTI act adjudication issued by the Government to citizens of country for transparency and accountability however very few people are taking cognisance of the system generated by the government for the welfare of society and circle due to limited awareness of the use and exercise, even ombudsman appointed for the fair deal and action in accordance with prescribed procedure laid down under the government instructions, in this behalf.
