More over  , it is necessary for the government to follow line of limitation where double standard of the establishment could not be protected by the Employer of the Economic reality, facing financial problems because of the many reasons and not in a position to protect the old standard of the socialism maintained earlier than -1992 when there was no financial reforms in the country however in the present set up of the financial exchequer the country is making private sector a partner of the economic reality arranged for the funding and depending upon the private sector employment as well as new lines of the collection of funding for the welfare of the people of country and increasing the schedule of loaning beyond the allowed reports and returns of the economic reality for which Himachal Pradesh and some other states are facing very crucial position as compared to the Central Government even too facing financial problems however maintaining the routine payments of employees and the other organisations.
