HONOURABLE SUPREME COURT MAY FOLLOW PROCEDURE OF THEIR COURT FOR SERVICE HOWEVER NOT SUPPOSED TO DENY THE DOCUMENTS (PAPER LAID) BEFORE THE APPELLATE AUTHORITY AND THE DECISION BY RESPECTIVE AUTHORITY IN FAVOUR OF APPELLANT

How the Honourable Supreme court judgement may deny the reliance on RTI findings under the circumstances when Letter number and date of issue of documents written on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be verified under law code manual prefixed by the public authorities in this behalf and in the interest of justice to Common man demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance more over the RTS act adjudication too issued to the citizens of country to have due benefits of the charter of public accountability and transparency in the administration required for their right to service under guarantee act 2011 for which the government is responsible to do the needful and issue necessary corrections and directions to the competent higher authority responsible to protect the fundamental rights of the common man demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance ,however honourable Supreme court may demand their cases on the procedural reliance of confirmations but it is not right to reject the documents of the any public authorities as the judiciary is working on the basis of documents and evidences time to time written by the paper laid and placed before the office and authoritiy for service under law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India.

MEDIA ROLE TOO IMPORTANT TO LINK RTI AND THE RTS ACT ADJUDICATION WITH THE OBJECTIVE MADE FOR SERVICE UNDER PUBLIC SERVICE GUARANTEE ACT ADJUDICATION AND REQUIRED FOR THE GOOD GOVERNANCE AND TRANSPARENCY IN IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LAW CODE MANUAL

The RTI welfare Association/group/ Society Registered number HPCD 3552 has been particularly launched for the welfare of society and circle to help people cope with their thoughts and ideas as well as required identity in the society and circle"supportive community" as creating awareness drive and promotion of RTI act and the RTS act adjudication space to work together with the motive of conversations as struggling for the Administrative reforms and transpancy and accountability in the administration realised by the study of protocol mentioned in the RTI act publications and too by the RTS act adjudication a plateform where people may come together to explore, discuss and navigate their feelings and problems due to delay in deciding the cases and wrong interpretation faced by the individual concerned at the level of the public authorities for which the National compaign committee too working under the leadership of former CIC Shri Sailesh Gandhi ji and every one may take necessary help from the senior key members of the fast track justice Organisations working on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be maintained online schedule of events and meetings through the provision so created for the good governance and accountability under space to work with the help of modern technology and services rendered by the various groups and organisations of the RTI act Associations. The help of media reports and observations too playing a vital role in the system of governance and accountability as well as democracy and is a communication link between the government and the people of country or the masses , Media disseminates welfare schemes on behalf of the government and the people must take cognizance of the press media awareness as important to follow the instructions of the day to day working ,As such the RTI findings must be brought to the notice of the common man demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance through the media reports has becoming a need of the time and hour.

FINDINGS OF THE RTI ACT ADJUDICATION MUST BE BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF DEPARTMENT OF AR FOR REDRESSAL AND REFORMS

RTI is a fundamental right of the all citizens of the country however it's applications are exercised by the few activists for which the recorded documentary evidences are noticed at the levels of the FAA and the SIC as well as the CIC So it is necessary to take cognizance of the performance delivered by the applicants or activists for which the report may be brought to the notice of the department of the public reforms so that the class of the RTI activists may be facilitated by the government through the informatory deliberation of RTI workshop and the other training as well as the awareness drive of the public programs so that transparency in the administration may be brought and the corruption of the society may be controlled by the government by taking the vigilance review of the such cases
