Information is necessitated necessity of the life and liberty, which is required to every citizen of the country for use and exercise of the access to work field progressive structure of the man power, working for the livelihood and system for the service maintained for the good governance and accountability, where every citizen of the society and circle require the said empowerment of the access to information and there is a need to set up a compliance mechanism, in order to address the grievances of the general public under citizens charters prepared by the Ministry/Department/Authority, as part of the result frame work, Document of the Department/Organisation against the benchmarks set in the citizens charter, list by way and virtue of which Government of India has constituted a task force under the RTI act, 2005 , which includes representatives of the civil societies organisation active in the field of Right to Information Act, for strengthening compliance with provisions for guidelines required for the digital publication, however it should be presented in a form that is easily understood and if technical words and meaning of the provision exist, that should be carefully explained and these guidelines may be brought to the notice of all for compliance, so that objects of the Act may be accomplished. As such online RTI has also been launched to facilitate online filing of RTI applications with facility for online payment of RTI fees.
