It seems political parties are working for developing a political influence rather than greater transparency and accountability, good governance and solutions to persistent social and economic problems. The political system and the political culture reducing the factor of probability for stable position and dignity for the provision made and required for the redressal of grievances through mechanism under cooperative public posture, while protecting the influence of the posts and caliber required for the welfare of people of country, where it is necessary to get it done through administrative reforms organisation and access to information under the Right to Information Act, 2005 .
