LEADER OF THE OPPOSITION, SHRI RAHUL GANDHIJI, REQUESTED UNDER THE "SATYAGRAHA" REFORMS REQUIRED FOR THE DEFUNCT STATUS OF (SIC) WORKING IN HP AND ISSUE DIRECTIONS UNDER SUB SECTION (3) OF SECTION 12 , TO BRING THE (SIC) IN FUNCTIONAL POSITION

The aim and objective of the Right to information Act , 2005 related to public welfare and access to information, maintained by the parliamentary democracy of our country taking cognisance of the monitoring and reporting available after the end of each year and prepare a report on the implementation of the provisions of this Act, during that year and forward a copy thereof to the appropriate Government. If it appears that the practice of a public authority in relation to the exercise of its function under this Act does not conform with the provisions or spirit of this Act, it may give to the Authority a recommendation specifying the steps which ought in its opinion to be taken for promoting such conformity. Accordingly matter has been brought to the kind notice of respective Rahul Gandhi ji under their provision made for Satyagraha, struggle and recommendations for reforms, being leader of the opposition front and party taking cognisance of the legislation or common law or any other matter found necessary under information before the leader of opposition, working for the welfare of general public and taking cognisance of the such efforts by the public and their representatives, doing needful on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be sought for in respect of the allegations of violation of human rights, where in the state Government of Himachal pradesh failed to appoint the SCIC and SIC under sub section (3) of section 12 , for the last more than fifteen months of the duration and people facing problems because of the defunct status and position of institution for Complaints and the Second Appeals:-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal pradesh phone number, 9459334377
