Physical achievement under RTI act -2005 in which I have the honour to say that with the help of my RTI application  furnished with PIO  Ministry of road transport and highways memo number MORTH- R- 2016 - 50181 and further proceedings in the matter by Superintending Engineer Works cum FAA office of Engineer in Chief HPPWD Shimla after the hearing said case file referred to the highway authority Dehradoon as complaint of removal of excessive. creation of speed breakers existing on Paonta Dehradoon high way  known Shimla by pass was with in the jurisdiction of Dehradoon authority As such it was a query of wrong creation of undue hurdle in plying of smooth vehicular traffic so issue was again raised by applicant before the IRC authority New Delhi to supply the related guidelines so that required excessive creation of  speed breakers may be removed as per the instructions of directions issued   by competent higher authority Further more it is again brought to the notice of all concerned that after taking necessary cognisance of the issued guidelines the highway authority was pleased to remove undue hurdle  as facing acute problem with in the length of about 40 KM of said by pass high way From the above narrative it is clear that pleaded issue and matter was in fact found  correct as speed breakers were in excess of its duty as required for smooth and safe driving on highway has been removed Obviously it is observed with confirmation that good as well as fruitful orders and results by FAA and the SIC or CIC may resolve various such problems  of the general public if pleaded on the hearing.
