Hi friends it is very necessary in the present system of country to prefer and follow RTI against the evil of corruption for which every citizen of country should raise his voice and must support the working forums groups federations as well as organization movement of the speedy confrontation against the corridors of power misusing public money for which said organisations have taken very encouraging steps with demand to provide transparency in the administration and for which role of the SICs and CIC is responding with powers of a Court so it has become necessary to discuss merits and demerits of the concluded orders and held proceedings of settled arguments in the light of provision made by act ibid as such in the present circumstances it is general complaint of the activists that PIOs are knowingly misleading their informations and giving incomplete as well as incorrect informations with malafide intension but no required action in such cases taken at the levels of SIC and CIC even though section -20 is recommending for disciplinary action against such PIOs under the service rules.
