COMBINATION OF THE THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICAL APPLICATION MAY BRING QUALITY PERFORMANCE AND GOOD RESULTS, UNDER THE RTI AND RTS ACT ADJUDICATION.

RTI activists and volunteers must have theoretical knowledge along with the practical application and experience required for the skill development of RTI promotion, as becoming a dynamic access to the information under RTI act adjudication where people must have abilities to face the First appellate authority and too the second appellate authority, responsible for the decision making and comments on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be adjudicated under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf.
