ALL THE OFFICE BEARERS AND GOVERNING BODY MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED TO CELEBRATE RTI DAY ON (12-10-2026) AND HAVE COMPLIANCE UNDER (AWARENESS GENERATION FOR RTI) THROUGH ONLINE MODE OF WORKSHOP/SEMINAR

The RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 has decided to celebrate its annual RTI celebration day at every level of the identity and Introduction by the RTI, members, working for the good governance and accountability, as well citizens charters mandatory for all public authorities and the Ministries, working for the recommendations for reforms, including recommendations in respect of the public authorities, for the development, improvement, modernization, reforms, or amendment to this Act or other legislation or common law or any other matter relevant for operationalising the right to access information. The Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , working for the awareness drive movement on the captioned subject matter deliberations required to be placed before the appropriate authorities, facts which indicates efforts by the public authorities in relation to administer and implement the spirit and intention of this Act, doing needful for the promotion of RTI and the RTS Act. As such all the members of the Governing body are requested to have necessary celebration on RTI day 12-10-2026 with their other members and new era entrants present for the setting out practical regime essential for the citizens to secure access to information under the control of public authorities, in order to promote transparency and accountability in the working of every public authority, where it is also necessary to have discussion on the problems like defunct status of the State Information Commission and delay and denial of informations under section 19(6) of the RTI act, 2005 , resulting very inconvenience to the people under trial working for the

accomplishment of their First Appeal and the Complaint against non compliance, as such there is no SIC and SCIC in the state of Himachal pradesh and people facing problems.
