DISCIPLINARY ACTION AGAINST THE PIOs DESTROYED , AS SIC IS IN DEFUNCT POSITION, HOWEVER CONCERNED MINISTRIES MAY BE FOLLOWED IN CASE OF ANY DELAY AND DERELICTION OF DUTY BY PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER FOR WANT OF ENQUIRY AGAINST THE DEFAULTERS

Friends, It is a matter of disciplinary action against the public information officers but destroyed because of the defunct status of the Himachal pradesh State information commission as deciding Appeals and complaints have no opinion that public information officers failed to receive an application for information or has not furnished information within the time specified or malafidely denied the request for information or knowingly given incorrect, incomplete or misleading information or destroy information  which was the subject of the request or obstructed in any manner in furnishing the information, the Commission may recommend the such cases for disciplinary action against the public information officers, however due to non compliance required under section 12 and sub section (3) the information commission is not in function and the appellant facing delay and dereliction of duty because of this obstruction created by the appropriate Government, working for the welfare of people of society and state, list by way and virtue of which it is necessary to have complaints before the Ministries against the public authorities, so that action under section 19(6) of the right to information may be taken against the defaulters and disciplinary action may be recommended for further action, failing which it is not possible to continue with the Appeals and complaints and for which Ministries may be contacted and approached for the timely action and correction of incorrect and misleading informations, being this duty under law code manuals prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf:-- Er Fateh Chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal pradesh phone number, 9459334377
