People working for the task of undertaking transparency audits by way of Right to Information and Right to public service guarantee, measures to further strengthen implementation of the administrative reforms should incorporate matter relating to the virtues of transparency and open Government and RTI law, suitably designed and developed and operationalized, but it is regretted to point out the routine transparency audits, required to be given to the Government training Institutes, since decision made vide GI Department of personnel and training OM number 1/6/2011 -IR dated 5 November, 2019 , list by way and virtue of which RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 Bilaspur Himachal pradesh carrying out this duty and task based on their plan for the future recommendations to the concerned Ministries/public Authorities, however some of the Ministries and public authorities are doing needful under provision of the compliance made but many public authorities and Ministries are taking no cognisance of the required communications, even though said audits must be done annually and should be communicated to the appropriate Government and the State Information Commission.
