THE DESIGNATED OFFICER SHALL ACKNOWLEDGE THE RECEIPT OF THE APPLICATION IN FORM-1 AND MENTION THE TIME LIMIT FOR PROVIDING SERVICE

As per the government notification number:-- per(AR) B(15) -1/2010, volume-1 , 21-11-2010 and as based on the captioned subject matter deliberation required under article 348 (3) of the constitution of India the Government of Himachal Pradesh Department of the Administrative Reforms Organisation drafted the Public service guarantee Rules ,2011 and published in the Rajpatra ,HP dated 19-10-2011 vide notification of even number dated 17-10-2011 for inviting objections or the suggestions from the persons likely to be effected there by within stipulated period from the date of the publications as well as start of the applications and therefore after due consideration and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1) of section 11of the Himachal Pradesh public service guarantee act,2011 the Governor Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make these Rules may be called the HP Public service guarantee Rules,2011 and they shall come into force from the date of their final publications in the Official Gazette . DEFINITIONS:-- (1) In these Rules unless the context otherwise requires  (a) "Act"means the Himachal Pradesh Public service guarantee act 2011 .(b)"Form" means a form appended to these Rules and (c) "section" means the section of the Act .(2) The words and expressions used in these Rules but not defined shall have the same meanings as respectively assigned to them in the Act .
