GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO FOLLOW LAW CODE MANUAL OF THE REVENUE ACT FOR SERVICE UNDER RIGHT TO BUSINESS INNOVATION AND DECIDE THE FARM LAWS ACCORDINGLY
