HONOURABLE PRESIDENT OF INDIA, IN ADDITION TO THE HONOURABLE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA, SHOULD HAVE OPINION ON THE REPRESENTATION OF MISBEHAVIOR OR INCAPACITY OF CEC CHALLENGED BY THE VARIOUS PUBLIC PLATFORMS, DEMANDING GOOD GOVERNANCE AND ACCOUNTABILITY, UNDER OPEN GOVERNMENT AND THE RTI LAW:--

takingAll the political parties related to the ruling front and also to opposite front working for the vision SIR, requested to follow law code manuals prefixed by the Constitution  of India in this behalf relatedand follow their work and conduct understanding😉😉 review for accuracy and correctness of the SIR, demanding removal of CEC from his office by order of the Honourable President of India on the grounds of proved misbehavior or incapacity after the vision of Honourable Supreme Court of India on a reference made to it by the President of India, where necessary enquiry report against the CEC must be highlighted, keeping in view the charges and an offence, which in the opinion of the Honourable President of India, involves moral turpitude, The democracy for the people of the people and by the people, working for the welfare of people of country and it is necessary to have adjudication on the such provision of removal of head of the Commission, in order to promote transparency and accountability in the working of Election Process and procedure, challenged by the all opposition parties and the civil society organisations as well as the students and young torque, working for the good governance and accountability in this behalf of the democracy under trial by citizens of the country and mandatory for all in the power function, where opposition parties are also playing an important role to bring good governance and accountability:-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal pradesh phone number 9459334377
