DECISION-MAKING PROCESS, ALTERING AN EXISTING DECISION-MAKING PROCESS MUST BE EXPLAINED IN SIMPLE LANGUAGE, IN ORDER TO ENABLE PEOPLE TO EASILY UNDERSTAND THE CHANGES MADE AND REQUIRED FOR FUTURE COURSE OF ACTION PLAN

Right to Information playing an important role in the present circumstances of management information system which are dealing with an organised set of procedures to capture, classify, maintain, update, retrieve and process data bases for providing information to support operation made for the decision making in the departments and the offices, list by way and virtue of which present system of democracy for the people of the people and by the people required to be discussed with the office staff responsible for the subject to elicit their views of the problems likely to arise and to ascertain the likely benefits of system computerisation.More over the Courts and the judges also decide their view points separately and the conditions of the Tribunals seems to be very poor in the present system of act as an Appellate tribunals and it becomes difficult to conclude the decision making process further findings on the captioned subject matter deliberations required to be finalized by the decision making process and procedures followed and raised by the judiciary and the dignity of the individuals, working for these concerns and raised by the judiciary, ultimately responsible for the decision making process and action under law and rules.
