REQUIRED TRANSPARENT TRANSFER POLICY OF THE SYSTEM FOR GOVERNANCE:-- It is necessary to protect the rights and service benefits of the employees working in the government services and dealing with the public administration . At present the Narayan Singh Swami report and recommendation is considered for the implementation of the general transfers of the employees however it has been reviewed and revised after appointment of the below standard recruitment for the various cadres of the employees  . Under these conditions and the circumstances of the working parameters of the employees as well as the teachers if a concrete policy of the transfers has been demanded by the government employees to implement in the state that could only be secured and implemented by the Chief Minister of the state  as improving the system of education is related to the absolute transparent transfer policy of the state which is still delayed which is still pending for required implementation in the name of the official rigmarole on one pretext or the other  and for which the biggest challenge to this move of the transparency in the administration is standing pressure of the political fellowship who don't want to  let go the power with the provision and procedure of the policy for all . The policy as required for the welfare of all employees must have dua consideration and a revised version of the notification along with date for implementation failing which it is difficult to control the standing.up pressure of the political personalities which is responsible for the delay of absolute transparent transfer policy required for the transparency in the administration and removal of the corruption from the society and circle.
