RTI PROCESSING WILL CONTINUE TO PROTECT FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS OF THE CITIZENS:-- The citizens of India have been assured and guaranteed RTI provision and processing anti constitutional evils of the society and circle like corruption and non compliance of the instructions issued for the welfare of common man. The awareness drive against the anti constitutional evils of the society created and continued in this behalf by the study of impact assessment realised by the RTI activists is a matter of fact and concern as such the public authorities and the higher authority as well as the SIC are favouring the anti constitutional evils instead of protecting the fundamental rights of the citizens. It has become general complaint of the citizens and the RTI activists that no penal action against the defaulters have been proposed by the SIC as well as the CIC and mere simple warning has become general practice of the SIC which has ignored the law and rules of RTI monitoring and evaluation at higher levels of the government by way and virtue of which number of the complaints have increased  but no action required as against the defaulters have been taken by the government or the department concerned . The said practice of the public authorities have increased delay and dereliction of duty by the government functionaries by way of which there is no possibility to bring transparency in the administration and remove corruption from the society and circle for which charter of the public accountability still awaited for adjudication to benefit the common man demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance .Under these circumstances of the anti constitutional evils and the policies of the government RTI organisation and groups in function for awareness drive against anti constitutional movement of the administration the RTI foundation and wellness group of the society and federation has decided to continue with the anti constitutional evils as facing problems due to delay in deciding the matters and issue charter of public accountability related to the working schedule of the welfare of common man who have been guaranteed fundamental right of the RTI act publications since 2005 along with amendments so issued in this behalf during the year 2019.
