Livelihood security through a demand based scheme for poor MGNEGS issued for livelihood of the poors must have databased budget provision by the GOI to protect fundamental rights so issued by the legislation in favour of the needful ones

BUDGET IN MGNREGS   SPECIALLY ISSUED FOR THE LIVELIHOOD IN RURAL AREAS :-- The above mentioned scheme has been specifically issued for the grant of mandays under rural areas development projects mentioned by the study of impact assessment realised by the government in this behalf of the welfare of society and circle The demand under the above mentioned scheme has been declared for 100 days employment generation by the government in favour of the applicants but the average of this scheme in some of the states is below 50 mandays cover of the schedule under MGNRES  . It is necessary to protect the fundamental rights of the Poor's by at least providing the employment opportunities for 100 days failing which there is no logic to defend the provision of service for livelihood.
