Report card of RTI activists must have appropriate action and outlook at the government levels

CONTRIBUTION UNDER RTI FOR THE WELFARE OF SOCIETY AND CIRCLE AND PRESENTATION OF THE REPORT CARD :-- It has been observed by the study of impact assessment realised by the coordination committee working for the promotion of RTI act publications as well as the monitoring and evaluation of implementation of the required administrative reforms as well as the transparency in the administration and demand for charter of public accountability that the RTI activists are facing problems during the course of action for demand under public utilities required for the welfare of society and circle even though achievement could not be ignored as per the performance of the individual concerned working for the promotion of RTI act -2005 for which the report card is necessary to protect the fundamental rights and also to bring the highlighted achievement before the public during the general house meeting convened once in a year . As such the matter related to the progress and achievements of the RTI promotion dedicatedly assigned with the provision made and function registered before the public authorities in the interest of justice and fair deal of the administrative reforms must have re-examine and report card so all the groups and organisations working for the welfare of society and circle are requested to prepare the documents  along with the report card  so that merits and demerits of the each case may be reported to the competent higher authority for the required vision of documentary evidences to verify the facts finding report of study made and impact assessment realised by the government in this behalf.
