Disobedience of government instructions issued for the prevention of Covid-19 may charge under IPC if violating the norms

If violating the law code of practice suggested by the study of protocol mentioned in the health care check needed by the prevention of Covid-19 required for the social distancing and the parameters demanded by the administrative authority action may be taken under IPC section - 188 (Disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant) - punishment:- jail for maximum six months,. and /or fine which may extend to rupees 1000 . (2) Section 269:- ( Negligence to spread infection of the diseases  dangerous to the life ) - Punishment:- jail for maximum six months and /or fine .(3) Section 270 ( Malignant act to spread infection of the disease dangerous to the life) -Punishment:- jail for maximum of the two years and /or fine .Under these prevention measures required for the health care check stepping out without mask is an offence under the act ibid which also includes spitting in the public places , social distancing while on the traveling and indulging in the massive gathering like marriages and the funerals beyond the permission as well as disregarded probability of the night curfew has also been declared as the offence which can be charged if found guilty by the study of protocol mentioned in the preventive measures of the state government .As such the conditional lock down and night curfew has been extended up to June 30 and it is necessary to protect the safety measures failing which violations are attracted to the penal action by the administrative authority.
