REQUIRED PROMOTION POLICY OF THE SYSTEM FOR SERVICE TO PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY MAINTAINED BY THE GOVERNMENT:-- The government is responsible to protect the rights of the employees related as to the public utilities as working for the good governance of the state for which concrete promotion policy of the employees is too required to verify the eligibility criteria mentioned as in the recruitment and the promotion rules of the cadre / grade / post . It is necessary for the cadre / grade / post concerned to furnish representation before the competent authority for redressal of their grievances The government is responsible to protect the promotional Avenue of the cadre / grade / post by considering the qualifications and the experience required for the post under the ( R&P) rules time to time required to be verified and monitored by the study of protocol maintained by the DOPT in this behalf as the DOPT is responsible to protect the benefits of seniority and semblance of the employees for which there should be no promotional losses of any cadre / grade/ post causing the heart'burn in maintaining the given benefits of the required promotional policy and the Avenue The said review of the promotional Avenue as well as the promotional policy is necessary to be protected upto the possible extent as per the schedule for progressive assurances of the employees and must have periodical check under the law and rules to avoid any disparity among the each other for which in the service career of an employee minimum three promotions has been assured by the study of protocol mentioned in the definition of the preface history sheet of the recruitment and promotion of an employee . The representation if submitted in this behalf of the objection and submission would be the entire responsibility of the department concerned to consult and took advise of the government with in stipulated time frame work given as by the law of limitations.
