The RTI workshop proposed by the Chamba zone for 20-6-20 has not been reported by the form presidium as the former SIC Chief Shri Bhim Sen Thakur seems to be reluctant to lead the Nagrik Prehri welfare society inaugurated by the former SIC .Under these circumstances it is necessary to discuss the charter of demands with the former SIC Chief and continue to go ahead with the form presidium to maintain the alternative leadership structure with the collective leadership formed to steer up the RTI foundation and wellness group activities instead of to remain silent on the issues of the awareness drive against the removal of corruption and also to bring transparency in the administration as well as charter of public accountability required to be maintained by the government in this behalf as people are facing various problems due to delay in the decisions required for the welfare of society and circle as demanding good governance in the administration .As such a structure of the collective leadership possibly in the shape of a Presidium of senior- most RTI activists could be evolved and the new era entrants activists could work to galvanise the organisation as well as Welfare society across the zones and state under the dynamic leadership and the guidelines of the Presidium with final decisions resting with the Presidium .:- Er Fateh Chand Guleria ( Group leader Bilaspur zone HP) phone- 9459334377
