WEBSITE FOR THE REQUIRED PLACEMENT:--The government should follow mechanism of the encompassing plateform by an operational website essentially required for the helping attitude of the people who have lost their jobs during the lockdown period working for their livelihood in the private sector  A system  of the required mechanism must be developed to help the objective of the removal of unemployment which may be helpful to both the employer and the jobseekers with various levels of the competence . Both the employer and the unemployed will register themselves on the website where in the details of the qualifications and experience as well as skilled professional activities performance of the jobseekers and the advertisement of the offer and eligibility criteria for the post filled by the employer would be made available to both sides of the exchange for matching the requisite profiles would definitely help the objective of the government of sincerely working for the removal of unemployment for which the state government has already prefixed a quota for the state Bonafide Himachal people in the registered private sector institutions and the system is bound to follow the instructions and guidelines of the state government in this behalf.
