REVENUE OFFICERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FOLLOW EMPOWERMENT ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT AND DECIDE PENDING CASES OF THE DISPUTES BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF THE OFFICE AND AUTHORITY AND COMPETENT TO ENQUIRE INTO THE MATTER BEING DESIGNATED MAGISTRATE OF THE AREA AND CIRCLE.

The present system of governance by the department of revenue in the state of Himachal Pradesh is becoming very typical due to unusual practice of delay in deciding the cases related to the ownership of the joint representation by the families for which ownership rights and the rights of the third party must have appropriation vision and correction during the update of the held confirmations recorded by the revenue officials under law code manual prefixed by the possession for change in status report managed by the government and the department of the revenue leading the ownership deeds in the rural and urban areas of the state .The revenue officials are taking no cognizance of the objections filed by the permanent residents and land owners and there is no system for verification of the records and entries based on the registeration and occupancy and people are suffering because of the ill fated system of verification of record and mapping required for the update of the land records which is highly objectionable matter of fact and concern to be noticed by the revenue department and the government responsible to bring transparency and accountability in the system and provide justice to the ownership deeds suffering because of the wrong interpretation of law code manual. No objections and claims are settled by the revenue department and there is no procedure to call for the defaulters even the Naib Tehsildar and the Tehsildar enjoying the status of the empowerment of the magistrate responsible to issue notice and have a decision on the complaints furnished before the said officers responsible for the improvement of the work and conduct of the land records and also to settle the disputes brought on the record of the revenue department and authority. Earlier the revenue department has issued booklets to the land owners required for the entries and updates of the status symbol of land occupancy brought on the record of the each land owner however neither such booklets are updated by the revenue officials nor online digital system for service maintained to verify the facts placed on the record of the each land owner for which the government and the revenue department is responsible to make the process transparent and justified under law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India in this behalf as working with the empowerment of a Magistrate and responsible to enquire into the matter and decide the cases accordingly .
