The aim and objective of the RTI welfare Association Registered number HPCD 3552 Bilaspur is to work on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be completed by the government as left incomplete because of the various reasons like funding and the design & scope of the infrastructure problems and other reasons explained by the public authorities in this behalf.
