GOVERNMENT CREATING DIDPARITY AMONG THE BENEFICIARIES WITHOUT TAKING COGNISANCE OF THE PREFERENCE AND AN OPTION FOR SUITABLE BENEFITS AND TOO IGNORING THE WRITTEN AND SIGNED COMPLAINTS, EVEN RTI VISION OF THE DECISION -MAKING

It is a very serious concern of order and compliance, if act of choosing another faith puts the required duty on different social-order, list by way and virtue of which parliamentary democracy of country understanding the real ideology of the law and rule at their own and there is no accuracy and correctness in implementation of the decision making and the law of limitations being maintained by the work force, instead of the law code manuals prefixed by the Constitution of India, in this behalf and it is creating didparity among the beneficiaries, by order and not by way of the option and preference of the beneficiaries like Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme/Act for the community welfare and participation in the labour class. On the other hand the public authorities are taking no cognisance of the complaints by beneficiaries and deciding such issues at their own levels, even though and more over provisions of the ombudsman and required performance, exercising the powers as per the procedure laid and issued for the disposal of complaints, except as provided in the MGNREG Act and these instructions, officials of Central of state Government shall not have authority to issue any direction or instruction to an ombudsman with regard to the discharge of his duties and where ever ombudsman wants to visit any part of the district for the purpose of conducting field enquiry, ombudsman shall be provided suitable transport facility for the results in actual measures :-- Er Fateh Chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal pradesh phone number 9459334377
