The elected representatives of the lok sabha and RS as well as the assembly are responsible to give policy document of the democratic set up of the government for which the administrative departments are responsible to further implement the decision of the policy documents so passed with the majority voice in the parliament and the assembly and during the course of implementation of the policy decision and document of the order processed by the public authorities if there is any complaint or challenge to the said matter the citizens may follow the court of the law for review and re-examine of the said legal error or the wrong interpretation of the law and rules and now the government has also issued a fundamental right of the citizens to follow the channel of the RTI act -2005 for necessary information of the question and queries which may increase the efficiency of the good governance and definitely it will help for the transparency in the administration but it is necessary for the citizens of the society and circle to highlight the short comings of the decision and orders of the government and further process the same for deemed correction through the legal advice and recourse of the court of the law and rules for which the HC is the next approach of the RTI activists and the civil society as well as the public organisation working for the welfare of society and circle As such the gram panchayat at grass rout level and the MC at the level of towns have been too declared as the public authorities and there is no alternative except to frame the structural committees like Nagri Prehri welfare society and the RTI federation to whom the work of assignment of the complaints and demands under public utilities may be given by the public facing problems like delay in work done and refusal to accept for the demand as well as the non compliance of duty assigned to the public authorities by the code of manual structure of the administrative reforms and the suggestion for future course of action by virtue of which the appointments of the Nagrik Prehri welfare society at every level of duty and demand under public utilities has become the necessitated necessity of the time and the hour so that common man may approach the complaint of his vision through the said dignity and voice raised against the injustice by the common man unable to solve his own problem through the tentative schedule of the vision given by the government as well as the public authorities in this behalf.
