Complaints filed by RTI activists must have re-examine under provision laid as by the charter of public accountability

RTI foundation and wellness group is continuously working for the welfare of society and circle for which number of RTI applications as well as appeals before the FAA and SIC or CIC has been put before the public authorities for decision and conclusion under the demand under public utilities along with the required comparative analysis and interpretation for further information to protect the fundamental right of the citizens of the society and circle however it is regretted for the appropriate action at the level of the competent authority even approval in the capacity of the FAA and order by the SIC to the administrative matter is proof and evidence on the record by virtue of which the findings and the outcome of the application filed by the citizen for redressal of the grievances remained  unproductive assembling of the decision and order for which the applicant has been again compelled to file complaint before the competent authority which is wrong and irregular course of duty and function by the public authority As regards the complaint it is necessary to enquire into the matter and decide the genuine problem and issues of the applicants but the competent authorities are taking no cognizance of the said complaints which is illegal and unjustified. response at the level of public authority being responsible for work and conduct issued by the manual of duty to be discharged by him by way and virtue of which the department responsible to protect the fundamental right of the citizens must be held responsible with the provision made and guaranteed by the charter of public accountability and disciplinary action against the defaulters must be taken as per the schedule of charter for disposal of the cases processed under law and rules issued to bring transparency in the administration and also to remove the corruption from the system of governance.
