FAKE DEGREES PROBE IN (HP) :-- The fake degrees of the private universities have been surfaced on the record and the matter has been brought to the notice of the Chief Minister office under the RTI act and forwarded to the DC office Una for further information and compliance and complaint has too been registered with the HPPElRC where in it is alleged that even working on the regular pay roll employees had been awarded professional degrees which is wrong and irregular course of action by the University in favour of the such employees In an another case of the animal husbandry department RTI is pending with the ACS (AH) since long for action against the defaulters who have furnished wrong interpretation of the government order and decision since -2014 however nothing concrete has been done in the case file and all such employees.are taking the undue benefits of the such degrees and the diploma as well as the certificates so challenged by the RTI activists for which the delay and dereliction of the duty by decision making officer/ officials is always kept pending and required action at the level of the RTI activists still awaited for removal of corruption and also to bring transparency in the administration is matter of fact and concern however there is no action at the level of the government and the fake certificate holders are taking the undue benefits of the said degrees and certificates even clear probe.
