Appointment of guides as well as consultant required for the duty and work of advising the new arrivals interested to join the RTI group and the organization shall have sufficient education training and techniques as well as the experience or the combination of all skill and practical for the workshop recorded and maintained by the individual concerned and the history sheet of the said guides as well as the consultants must have open process of the discussion and dialogue placed on the group location facilities provided to the interested applicants registered with the group and the organization in this connection and the Nagrik Prehri welfare society of area and circle shall have the responsibility of continuity and the combination of all as working with the design and structure of NGO in the area covered however the NSSO may also be conducted for their duty and work to get the survey work done if so required for the assignment being eligible for maintaining the said sample survey office of the area covered and maintained by the study of his training and techniques as well as experience or combination thereof.
