SCOPE, DESIGN AND STRENGTH OF MATERIALS :-- It is necessary to verify the  given strength of any material before it has been purchased by the consumer for which the manufacturer is responsible to mark it's designated strength as well as the validity and the standard approval of the code requirements by way and virtue of which designed results of the material are required to be verified and tested by the quality control department of the manufacturer and all said book values of the standard strength of material must have written confirmation while the work of packaging and labeling is done failing which the material is considered as the sub standard one and could not be declared  fit for the use and now a days the GST is also paid by the consumer hence it has become the essential responsibility of the consumer to verify the designed strength and other verifications like valid identification  date of manufacturing  and code of standard verified by the manufacturer along with the history sheet and price evaluation approval thereof.
