Government should clarify it's policy on ads and advertisement being flouted as for the collection of revenue

Financial losses by way of ads and advertisement on the road sides of the NH and SH as well as the  area under control of the MC  is major loss of the state government as well as the MC for which the said advertisements must be noticed and declared as the illegal ads In hundred numbers of the road sign boards put at the various places and required to be maintained with registered  permission of the MC as well as the NHAI would be the sole responsibility of the officer responsible to notify the permission under the (MOA) policy of the government as such the collection of ads tax by way of registration and the penalty could get huge revenue for the maintenance of the local self arrangements however nothing concrete has been done in this behalf of the duty and responsibility by the officers concerned to remove the illegal ads and advertisement as provided in the act ibid and for which the effective measures should be taken at the higher levels of the government to collect the revenue and register the ads and advertisements  being flouted.
