All the state coordinator s and zonal representatives of the RTI activists federation and association working for the welfare and promotion of the RTI act -2005 under the guidance of the respective founder president and SIC Chief Shri Bhim Sen Thakur Nagrik Prehri welfare society Chamba and the RTI federation Paonta Sahib are requested to supply the registration confirmation of the every working member as per the relevant seniority protected and maintained by the RTI activist in this behalf of the regulation of the office enlistment at the level of the complete observation of society and circle required to be maintained by the organisation in the interest of call for annual general meeting proposed to be arranged in the near future for which the enumeration of the existing standard of the guides coordinators as well as the activists may also be reported for the future semblance of the further course of action and welfare of society and circle as well as the state organisation under the provisions of the act ibid please :-+Shri Prem Singh Tangania Solan zone ,Shri Yeshpaul Singh Hamirpur circle, Shri Yog Raj Mahajan and Shri PM Pathan for the Nagrik Prehri welfare society Chamba,Shri NMKhatri Shri Shakti Singh Thakur and Shri CS Chowdhury for the RTI federation Paonta Sahib ,Shri RK Sharma for Nahan zone ,Dr Parkash Chand Thakur for Mandi circle and Er Fateh Chand Guleria for the Bilaspur zone are requested to supply the registration details of the respective areas with in a week with the all relevant records of the RTI standard of registration encadred by the zonal representation in this behalf.
