There is no substitute to rule of the law (RTI)

Citizens of the country may highlight their demands under public utilities through the various ways of public welfare as well as the representations and the request and provision through the Assembly and the Parliament for which the print media and the press correspondence is also a  media to highlight the  issues and the matters before the public authorities however the written confirmation of the public information as well as the demand under public utilities could only be obtained by the  respective MLA as well as the MP or the RTI act -2005 has been empowered to the citizens of this country to ask for the under rule information and the observation  raised by the RTI activists in this behalf of the provision made by the government of India and which could only be challenged before the High court if found necessary under the law and the rules So it is very essential to follow the findings and outcomes of the RTI act instead of to highlight the issues and the matters in the print media only As such the public service guarantee act is also serving the public utilities in this behalf of the RTI act and the court of the RTI is very much allowed to impose the penalty against the public authorities and call for the disciplinary action to rescue the provision made and restored in this behalf of the RTI act to bring transparency in the administration and also to remove the corruption from the society and the circle  So the state and citizens must remember that there is no substitute to rule of the law (RTI) once we have decided to be governed by the constitution , it is incumbent upon us to follow it with the provision made and system delivered by the GOI as well as by the states . :-- Er FC Guleria ( State RTI coordinator ) Bilaspur HP . phone 9459334377.
