United Nations security council should take immediate preventive measures for the welfare of humanity servillanc effecting the healthcare sector world wide since the negative impact of the corona virus  for which arrangements of the required medicines required infrastructure and manpower where required for the healthcare service must be provided to the nation wise demand under public utilities so that necessary service of the humanity be assured to the developing countries where it is essentially required for the welfare of society and circle As such the world health organization has also delayed it's  required duty for declaring the disease as world wide infection spreading all over the world and creating innocence behaviour of the country like China  facing the problem of this disease since December 2019 at the first movement of the creativity arrived for which the China is responsible to explain the situation and position of the  captured  disease ruining the health care system of the world wide humanity.
