QUOTA FOR RESERVATION IS NOW BECOMING EYE WASH FOR ALL THE CATEGORIES OF SOCIETY AND COMMUNITIES, AS CREAMY LAYER MAKING RESTRICTIONS FOR FURTHER ACCESS TO ELIGIBILITY

No one is satisfied from the reservation policy and programme of the quota for eligible candidates under the provision made, in the present system of quota for addition made for the EWS, which is also eye wash only, keeping in view the actual requirements of the posts for general categories and their strength in the present system of eligibility for the EWS even though and more over, actual information of the reservation for EWS means general categories and communities living in the society and circle, however not serving the purpose of vision reservation for the general categories, keeping in view the restrictions for classification of posts in semblance to the position for others in the society and circle, getting their empowerment upto date for the provision made under law however general categories are debarred from this right of the required Rank /post for the qualifications in semblance to the position and status for others in the same cadre, list by way and virtue of which no one is satisfied from the system of reservation, and now demanding state wise allocation of requirements under this provision of the quota for poorest among the poors only, where some of the state governments already adopting this formula of the reservation and it is very clear from this division of the policy for reservation that it is becoming a vote capturing device of the political parties working for the power platform only instead of the good governance and transparency in administration, where creamy later is also a suggestion for the future requirements of the reservation for all in the society and circle, living in the same room of need based demands and their eligibility for the qualified candidates:-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
