It is necessary to have required arrangements as essential for programming of the various duties and responsibility communicated with confirmation by the mechanism of digital India

It has been decided by the state coordination committee of the state organisation that life time membership award certificates would be issued to the permanent members of the RTI federation as well as the Nagrik Prehri welfare society and the groups working for the welfare of society and circle under the provision and procedure laid down by the RTI publication however the said decision and initiative of the organisation could not be implemented due to delay in the annual general meet which has been delayed due to covid-19 pandemic and the lock down continued
As soon as the normal routine working of the society and circle will continue the general house meeting will be fixed and the pending agenda of the minutes of the meeting would be brought to the notice of all concerned so that further action and approval of the required meeting may be obtained from the state level coordination committee before the general house gathering .The unit of the functional group has been introduced at the zonal level of the society and circle and further orientation of the delegates have been empowered for the working schedule of events at federation  and district level of the society and circle however the state level organisation would continue to go ahead with the charter of demands before the government so furnished with the representation to bring transparency in the administration and also to remove the corruption from the society and circle as such the charter of public accountability is the main consideration and out look of the organisation for which the work done at every corner of the government is necessary however some of the districts have decided to give this facility to the citizens of their area but it is regretted to point the implementation of the order by all concerned for which the demand under public utilities could not be left as such the online schedule of the government working has been declared as the essential as well as the mandatory and digital India is functioning with the provision and observations since the long and their is no reason to unnecessary delay and pend the charter of public accountability as maintained by some of the departments as well as offices and for which every one would be held responsible to arrange for the digital programs and the infrastructure  if any.
