On recommendation of the Executive Engineer (B&R) HPPWD Ghumarein based on the traffic census report collected by the A.E Barthin and Ghumarwin the GTB road length 31 KM has been declared as the MDR to facilitate the people of area demanding upgradation of road since the long .The case file recommended by the study of protocol mentioned as in the code and specifications has been recommended by the than Engineering in Chief Er R.K Verma and the EinC (Design and specifications) Er B.R Dhiman for which the recommendation have been approved by the than Chief Engineer HPPWD Hamirpur and the Superintending Engineer HPPWD Bilaspur to make the addition of said road construction and development as per the charter of scheduled instructions issued for the upgradation of road on the basis of volume of traffic described by the study of impact assessment processed for the required improvement of the said MDR by way and virtue of which the present Superintending Engineer 10th Circle HPPWD Bilaspur Er R.C Verma has finally concluded the report and compliance of the said observations collected and the government has taken suo motu cognisance on the basis of recorded documents and issued above notification of the upgradation of the road mentioned above for further eligibility and criterion for budget allocation of the state funding.
