The state government should order and protect rights of employment of the those employees who have lost their livelihood during COVID-19 pandemic and still waiting for the next opportunity

HOW ONE COULD BE  DEPRIVED OF HIS LIVELIHOOD :-- It is very necessary to protect day to day working of the expected demand under necessitated necessity of the person physically fit for working by way and virtue of which the government has started Mahatma Gandhi rural employment guarantee scheme to the needful ones so that necessary livelihood may be assured to the demand under public utility for which the act has been introduced by the government to claim their livelihood with in the short distance of  five KM through the Gram Panchayat of their area.Now the state government of HP has also started a similar programme for the welfare of needful ones in the urban areas to protect their rights of the living and servival.As such the private sector institutions of the state should also be advised to arrange for the necessary employment of the technical professional who have lost their jobs during the covid-19 pandemic and awaiting for their jobs to restart with the provision of service for livelihood. The government should take cognizance of the such needful workers having skill of the expertise qualifications and must issue necessary directions to the private employers under their control and jurisdiction to follow up action plan and reemploy their employees against the vacant slots of the provision made and quota guaranteed to the respective states.
