It is necessary to go ahead with the continuity of RTI empowerment as said right is a due benefit issued under participatory democracy and required to follow against the injustice

RTI HAS BEEN DECLARED FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT OF THE CITIZENS WITH PROVISION UNDER PARTICIPATORY DEMOCRACY:- The government of India has empowered all the citizens of country to take cognizance of the provision made by the study of protocol and observations mentioned in the RTI act publications prescribed in this behalf since-2005 by way and virtue of which all citizens of this country have to follow their rights and benefits for obtaining the required charter of public accountability and transparency in the administration as facing problems due to corruption in the day to day life of the society and circle. The public authorities have been made responsible to protect the fundamental rights of the citizens of this country and reply the queries raised by the citizens of this country for which necessary application is required to be processed before the PIO to get the information supplied . And incase of non compliance and wrong interpretation of law the matter may be argued with the provision of Appeal before the FAA and SIC or CIC to get it rectify as per the schedule under instructions . In case of more and more dissatisfaction with the comments of the public authorities one can refer the case file to the high court for further decision and conclusion so recorded with documentary evidences by the study of impact assessment realised by the all concerned. As such the participation of the required queries and observations described by the participants in response to the notice of the common man demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance is a lay out of the demand under public utilities required to be obtained from the public authorities so it is necessary to protect the fundamental right under given schedule and charter of duties by the applicant as well as by the government departments failing which no one could be held responsible for the wrong doings and non compliance as the act had been furnished with the penal action against the defaulters.
