WORKING FROM HOME AS WELL AS WORKING AT HOME MUST HAVE A PROPER LOOK BY THE LEADERS / GOVERNMENT:-- The government sector and the private sector institutions are calling fifty percent of the staff due to covid-19 pandemic since restrictions as relaxed for the re-start of the duty charter by the institutions working in the government as well as the private sector institutions for which the instructions of the GOI have been issued to comply with the ordered decision of the respective Deputy commissioner s . The social distancing is the reason to avoid gathering to contain the spread of Covid-19 for which alternative attendence of the employees have been proposed and duty charter has been issued with the roster and for which branch incharges will be at liberty to call their staff on the duty irrespective of the duty roster in view of the exigency and urgency of the work .As such the daily reports of staff working under the control of the branch officers required to complete the pending task assigned to every concerned in this behalf must have appropriate action and outlook at the level of the higher authority and the leadership structure in the interest of charter of public accountability and transparency in the administration being responsible to protect the fundamental rights of the public for which the government is only authorised to take the decision faster at this stage of the re-start too required for the good governance of the state as well as the center more over the many and many institutions are still incapable of doing well in this behalf of the duty by online protective charter so required to improve the position and situation arrived at could not be ignored by the study of impact assessment realised by the study of losses occured and demerits connected due to covid-19 pandemic and the lockdown  continued is  now required to be strengthened by the good governance of the state and the centre.
