An urgent online video conferencing meeting of the state co-ordinators RTI organisation has been convened on 9-7-2020 for discussion on various issues and topics . The general house meeting could not be arranged due to covid-19 pandemic and the lock down continued for which the date of the meeting would be fixed as and when it could be allowed by the prefix permission of the unlock started . The complaints raised by the group of RTI promotion committee had been discussed in detail and it was requested to start the process of online RTI hearings in the interest of justice and transparency in the administration as delay due to covid-19 pandemic is still becoming hurdle in the routine working of the public authorities The members also complaint about the threatenings to some of the activists working for the removal of corruption from the society and circle and it was decided to report the such issues to the police authorities as per the existing infrastructure of the GOI and the state government . The meeting was argued in detail and observed with the comments in deciding the matters by Shri Prem Singh Tangania from the Solan zone, Shri CS Choudhry from the Paonta Shri RK Sharma from Nahan , Shri PM pathan from Chamba and Sh Yeshpaul Singh from Hamirpur and Sh PC Thakur from Mandi It was also decided to take up the issues and topics of discussion with the former SIC Shri Bhim Sen Thakur and Shri Sailesh Gandhi former CIC if any advice is required in this behalf as the organisation of RTI forum and wellness group of the federation is working in the suggestive guidance of the above leaders continuously working for the welfare of society and circle.
