It is necessary to have exercise even during the period of pregnancy of young mothers however under the supervision of expert advise

GO SLOW AND EASY IF YOU WANT TO START EXERCISE:--Although a good diet plan and routine working and exercise do required for the young mothers with their body functions  but it has to be gradual and nothing extreme is necessary. The advise of the doctor for morning or the evening walk is not so essential but in the case of gymming  or any aerobic form of the exercise expert supervision is recommended as a time period of post delivery is ideal for a period of 3to 5 month  The intensity needs to be progressive gradually.High intensity exercise and running practice could not be recommended. A lot of the young mothers experience lower back and neck pain , knee or the ankle pain  due to excess weight so one needs to be careful with certain exercises . Women opting for the intense ways to exercise post - delivery which hampers their overall health  and may affects the baby health too . Well balanced diet for the required calories like carbs,protein ,fat ,fibre and water and micro - nutrients needed to be supplied to the body as per the advise of the expert opinion.
